The Health and Wellbeing curriculum promotes physical, mental, social and emotional health development through varied yet interconnected activities. We offer physical education, outdoor education, healthy lifestyle cookery and mindfulness and relaxation techniques for each of our young people. Often, success is achieved through recognised qualifications. However, we always focus on developing trust, respect, confidence, resilience and teamwork within all activities.
