As we are an assistance to mainstream schools, we defer to the mainstream base school formal transition process. The transition information for each school can be found on their own specific websites.
As a service we would incorporate the options process into the assistance we provide to ensure a curricular pathway is in place for return to mainstream of the young person.
All senior phase pupils receive enhanced transitions arrangements in accordance with our SDS link Mrs I Travers, mainstream school and our careers coordinator, Mrs Rae.
Our young people will be supported to ensure they move onto a positive and sustained destination when leaving our service.
