Maths knowledge will help you in everyday life now and in the future. Whether it is looking after your finances, calculating sale prices in shops, working out the amount of wallpaper required to decorate your bedroom or weighing the ingredients for your favourite cake, you will need to use your maths and numeracy skills.
We continually emphasise the maths and numeracy skills required across the curriculum. During Maths’ Week we take the opportunity to highlight careers in mathematics while enjoying mathematical games, puzzles and quizzes.
